We only help wholesalers and flippers. Most of them know how to close clients when they're face-to-face, but they lack the structures, systems, marketing, visibility, and lead flow to get the number of appointments they need to reach their financial goals.
What We Do
We help wholesalers and flippers get qualified leads on-demand, maximum visibility in geographical farm, consistency in their income and lifestyle. We do this through our program Authentic Deal Method. It's designed to maximize: deals, visibility and brand awareness. Our program aim to minimize: Complexity, costs, rejection and stress.

Our Story
This is something we have actually DONE ourselves,
2021 - ISAs at a real estate team in Tucson, AZ
We were calling all their leads to book appointments and while we were profitable, the leads honestly sucked. Im sure you experienced this as well, we were calling people and they were saying who are you, why are you calling me, I'm just curious, crazy timelines, and unrealistic expectations. We noticed one of the most prevailing issues and the root cause of the tire kicker leads was commodization, simply put every wholesaler and flipper is doing the same thing, following the same old methods and saying the same old scripts. And our prospects? Well they are simply tired of it. And that's how Estate Grow and The Authentic Deal Method were born.
2022 - Present
Now we run Estate Grow where we help over 25 wholesalers and flippers solve 3 problems:
1. Quality of potential clients
2. Volume of potential clients
3. Commodization (every wholesaler is copying each other and the prospects can't pick out between the good wholesalers and the bad wholesalers, trust is at all time low)
